If you’re looking for some of the best desserts in Montauk, Ralph’s is the place to visit. Located on the island’s east end, this Staten Island-born chain has been dispensing ice cream and Italian ices in 100+ flavors since 1970.

The different flavors of ice cream that you can pick include Black Cherry Vanilla, Blueberry Cheesecake, Cotton Candy, and Mississippi Mud.

They also serve their famous ices in over 100 flavors, apart from ice cream sandwiches, soft serve ice cream, and some sumptuous snacks.

However, the stars of Ralph’s are their mouthwatering signature sundaes. One look at the Peanut Butter Crunch sundae, and you’ll be drooling before you realize it. Vanilla ice cream with PB sauce, PB cups, and chocolate crunch, with some delectable toppings; I wouldn’t be surprised if you went for a second helping.

Don’t miss out on the Twisters; it’s any flavor of Ralph’s Italian Ice layered between soft ice cream. This is your chance to try your favorite ice cream and Italian Ice flavors in one go.

This Willy Wonka-style sweet shop is a great place to satisfy your sweet cravings. Fudge N Stuff has been serving fresh homemade fudge and chocolates every day for over 35 years.

The eye-popping assortment of old-fashioned penny candy, gourmet jellybeans, lollipops, nuts, hot popcorn, and chocolate-covered pretzels will have your inner child jumping with joy.

While each of their 30 different flavors of fudge is to die for, they also have equally good ice cream. Take your pick from soft ice cream, sundaes, banana splits, malts, hot chocolate, or a cappuccino; you won’t be disappointed.

Want to take your taste buds on a roller coaster ride? Try some ice cream paired with a giant chunk of fudge. My recommendation is chocolate ice cream with Rainbow Cookie or Rocky Road fudge.

Located in the heart of Montauk, at 721 Main Street, is the sweet shop of the 1950s – The Candied Anchor. The place is classic Americana!

While it’s a great spot to grab all the candy you could possibly want, there are also quirky retro gifts, baked confections, party supplies, and of course, ice cream.

Stepping into The Candied Anchor will bring a nostalgic feel; you can find your favorite childhood candy apart from the new locally-made treats. Grab some amazing candy and pair it with equally delightful ice cream to satisfy your sweet tooth.

The best part is they also have Mochi ice cream, and that’s the cherry on top for me.
