Coffee Ice Cream (no eggs)
If you are a coffee lover and an ice cream lover then it's tough to beat coffee ice cream! It was my first love even as a child! Here is the easiest homemade coffee ice cream recipe with no eggs and instant coffee! Tastes divine!!

1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream (Double Cream) 3/4 cups Whole Milk 3/4 cup Sugar 1 1/12 tbsp Good Instant Coffee 1 pinch Salt
Combine the milk, sugar, coffee and salt in a pot and heat over medium-heat
Blend it really well so that the sugar and coffee have dissolved
Add the cream and mix it gently
Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours (overnight is better!)
Take it out of the fridge and gently mix
Make it according to the Ice Cream maker's manual instructions.
Eat it right away or store in the freezer until you want to eat it!
