Coffee Ice Cream (no eggs)

If you are a coffee lover and an ice cream lover then it's tough to beat coffee ice cream! It was my first love even as a child! Here is the easiest homemade coffee ice cream recipe with no eggs and instant coffee! Tastes divine!!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream (Double Cream)
  • 3/4 cups Whole Milk
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/12 tbsp Good Instant Coffee
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine the milk, sugar, coffee and salt in a pot and heat over medium-heat
  • Blend it really well so that the sugar and coffee have dissolved
  • Add the cream and mix it gently
  • Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours (overnight is better!)
  • Take it out of the fridge and gently mix
  • Make it according to the Ice Cream maker's manual instructions.
  • Eat it right away or store in the freezer until you want to eat it!
